LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “#huntwithhart2025” CONTEST
1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
Suministros Evia, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “Evia”), with registered office at C/ Barrena 11, 20600 Eibar (Gipuzkoa) and Tax ID No. B-20024253, is organising this free promotion called ‘#huntwithhart2025’, which will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these legal terms and conditions.

2.- PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The aim of the promotion is for anyone to share their passion for hunting through a photograph on social media, specifically showing HART brand clothing.
The promotion will be carried out exclusively through the official Facebook and Instagram accounts of the HART brand.
3.- PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE
Individuals over the age of 18 residing in any country of the European Union are eligible to participate.
Participation is free and does not require the purchase of any product.
Validity: from 3 October 2025 to 30 October 2025 at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time).
4.- HOW TO ENTER
Participants must:
- Upload one or more photographs to a public Facebook or Instagram account showing HART brand clothing.
- Add the hashtag #huntwithhart25.
- On Instagram: follow the @harthunting_official account and tag it in the post.
- On Facebook: follow the @harthuntingofficial account and tag it in the post.
Photographs sent by private messages or stories will not be accepted. Photographs without the hashtag #huntwithhart25 or without mentioning the aforementioned promoter account will not be considered.
5.- PRIZES
The prize will consist of:
- A day of hunting organised by the company ‘Monteros de Siempre’ in Don Benito (Badajoz) on 4 December 2025.
- Accommodation in a rural house in Isla del Zújar and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the winner, from 8 p.m. on 4 December 2025 to 10 a.m. on 6 December 2025, provided by Evia.
- The prize does not include transport, ammunition or other additional expenses.
Requirements for the winner:
- Must bring their own weapon.
- Must have a valid hunting licence, compulsory civil liability insurance, weapon guide and other necessary documentation on the date of the hunt.
- The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
6.- SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries received by the deadline.
Two alternates will be designated in case the winner does not accept the prize or does not meet the requirements.
The identity of the winner will be published on HART's official Facebook and Instagram accounts in the days following the draw.
7.- ACCEPTANCE AND RULES DURING THE ACTIVITY
The winner must expressly accept these rules and comply at all times with the safety regulations and instructions of the hunting organisation.
Evia acts solely as the promoter of the commercial activity and not as the organiser of the hunting activity, which is the responsibility of the company ‘Monteros de Siempre’.
The participant shall hold Evia harmless from any incident, accident or damage that may occur during the activity.
8.- DISCLAIMER
Evia is not responsible for:
- Accidents, personal injury or material damage resulting from the hunting activity, which are assumed entirely by the participant.
- Fraudulent or irregular entries or those that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Technical problems or incidents on the Facebook or Instagram platforms.
9.- IMAGE AND CONTENT RIGHTS
Participants authorise Evia, without financial compensation and for the time necessary for advertising purposes, to disseminate their content and, in the case of the winner, their name, surname(s) and images in the media and communication channels it deems appropriate, always in accordance with current legislation.
The winner will also sign an image rights transfer document on the day of the activity.
10.- DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), participants are informed that their data will be processed by Suministros Evia, S.L.U., for the purpose of managing the promotion.
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject.
The data will only be kept for the time necessary to manage the promotion.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by sending an email to info@evia.es, accompanied by a copy of an official identity document.
11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to them, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
